Maybe fluid and gasket for when you remove the cover to install the clutch cable...brake fluid too for when you change brake line. If you have to remove exhaust to replace clutch cable you might want gaskets there too

And remember to put an old towel over the tank for when you loosen the clamps that hold the bar and it comes slamming down.

Oh yeah...if your fuel tank crossover line still has the stock crimped clamps you will have to cut one of them. Will need a 5/16 hose clamp to put in its place

This. You need the gasket for the cover and the o-ring for the clutch cable. And a brake bleed hose. Make sure your brake lines have the crush washers too.

Just thought of this too... I have never used a " CABLE KIT " dont know if it has wire extensions? Also might need some zip ties, shrink wrap, soldering iron and solder. If your mirrors went through your old handlebar mounted signal bracket you may need some type of spacer or washers for your mirrors to tighten properly since you are moving signals to forks

Well holy crap...
Got the alloy art bushing , figured this would work well since I'll be using alloy art risers
Ordered shrink tube, more locktight as I'm running out, brake fluid, redline twin tranny fluid. I have a soldering & solder. Also got a 2in tank lift kick and a new fuel crossover line.
Will need to order a gasket
Got plenty of old towels & zip ties

Thanks for the assist. Some of these items I hadn't thought of or forgot about. And wouldn't have until I was right in the middle of the project.

You are good people, thank you

poly bushings as stated, loc tite and a eye glass screw driver or long pin to get the pins out of the harness let us know if you have any questions at all, i have done a full bar write up on here... how are you going to extend your wires when you internally wire them? you going to cut and solder or use a ext kit?

I think I have seen your write up. I will definitely have that open along with my service manual. I am using the burly cable kit. It came with the extensions needed for 14" apes. New clutch & brake cables/lines and ext for the turn signals as well. Awaiting on my poly bushings before I start this project. They shipped yesterday so I'm hoping they will be here for the weekend.

If you're swapping out the clutch cable, you most definitely want a good, solid pair of c-ring pliers (I mean some heavy duty ones). Because that c-ring that holds the clutch cable in the transmission side cover is not coming out easy without them and even harder to put back in. One of those things where you really need the right tool.
