Default Quick turn throttle?

I tried searching but came up dry. Does anyone know of a quick turn throttle for our bikes? I am spoiled by my 1/5 turn on my CBR.

I saw these and can't figure out what's different. It looks like a normal throttle to me. What am I missing?

Edit: Are they changing the diameter of the portion that the throttle cables attach to? Smaller diameter?

Either the radius of the twist grip or the throttle shaft radus has to be decreased in order to decrease the degree of rotational travel.

Back when we had 1/4 roll throttles on dirt bikes, the carb cam was not very big.

Trying to figure out the same. It accepts normal controls, so I guess portion the throttle cables attach to. but if it's smaller, it opens throttle less, no?

The throttle tube portion will be bigger.

The SDC ones have a different attaching point and ramp for the cable to travel across, but still fits in the stock housing. I ran a Magura 1/4 turn on a bike once..for three hours. It was an experience to say the least. Basically an on/off switch lol.
