And as others have said, exhaust, intake (mine is DK Customs 636v) and a decent tuner. If you want more performance then a set of cams.
Other than that - some cosmetics, which is down to what floats your boat, but I would certainly take the reflectors off and replace the big chrome turn signals with something sleeker.
That is an awesome pipe. Really liking this idea. I like to mess around and figure stuff like this out, hence the Jeep haha.
Nice a local guy. Its gonna be a cold month, I'm sure I'll go out on a couple rides though.

vince & hines black short shots or big shots would look better on that bike.
there's not much to do to that bike though, it's pretty cool the way it is.
I'd throw a tinted sport windshield on, tricky part is to find one to fit over the dual headlight, may have to custom cut it yourself, but it world look great.
1'd also consider having the headlight power coated black
While I myself think 99% of 2-1 pipe setups look terrible and I prefer a 2-2/ dual pipe look, the design to get that look just doesn't allow for the air flow charchturistics that provide maximum power on these engines. Short pipes that are nearly straight through can't keep the exhaust flowing smoothly, they pulse more and can actually pull exhaust gasses back up the pipe. Where as a 2-1 pipe can use the assistance of the other cylinder to keep the flow moving. While open 2-2 pipes may actually have less restricted flow, that doesn't start helping until you're turning very high rpm, where the pulses from exhaust are flowing fast enough to keep a steady flow. which most v-twin motorcycle engines are not built or preform at high RPM where those pipes help, so the 2-1 pipes make much better low end torque rather than high end horsepower. With most bikes these pipes are on they're not exactly race bikes so they're heavy and the low end torque helps get them moving a lot faster.

"With the baffle in place, the pipe doesn't offer good diffusion. It has a reversion down low, pulls like crazy in the middle, and dies a slow death up top. It almost looked like it was trying to pull again way up at the tip top, and we bumped up the rev limiter a tad to give it a chance, but it wasn't there.
Construction is, uhh, well, what's the word I'm looking for ... oh yeah, "cheap". Where the Patriot really surprised us in a positive way when we pulled it out of the box, looking and feeling like a pipe that should cost twice as much, the DanMoto on the other hand looked like it was a $219 pipe. It's thin and light. Very thin mounting bracketry too. Somewhere along the way in our testing, one of the head pipes split along a seam. Nice."
