2002 FXD Winter Checkup

I have a new-to-me 2002 FXD, I am a pretty fair wrench, and the dealer is 2.5 hours away. I also have the service manual. So I am wondering what all I should check, inspect, or adjust to ensure a trouble-free riding season next summer. Maybe one of the "Maintenance Tasks" from the Service Manual? Anything else?

How many miles on it?
There should be a maintenance schedule in your service manual.
Do everything you can, no such thing as too much maintenance.

Yes, how many miles on it? Any past service records? My main concern would be the cam chain tensioners. That is a very good year, the last year for the forged bottom end and Timkin crank bearing.
