Harley Davidson Custom Builders?
Some of the better known Companies that take a new bike and customize them to different looks and higher performance and resell? Something like Brabus does with Mercedes and Alpina does with BMWs?
I could find Thunderbikes in Germany that works on HDs.

Shaw Speed and Custom is an HD dealer in sunny England that makes some groovy "rideable customs". From their website: "Not your average Harley-Davidson Dealership; now in its 11th year, the team has won the prestigious Bar and Shield 6 times as well as the AMD World Championship of bike building."
I'm not usually a fan of Softails (which I'm assured are popular among some folk), but me want this 'un:

Shaw speed and custom is about an hours drive from my parents, they build some lovely stuff, but WOW the price tag on that stuff is high.
Was lucky enough to get a tour of the workshop and they let me sit on a few things etc, the soft tail above being one of them. Needless to say i bought some lottery tickets that night and got praying. Seen their Vrod mid build which was interesting
