I stripped it for new paint. (paint booth on the left) And other stuff. Including new zippers chain conversion. (Zippers rocks, great cust svc)

 

The bike just turned over 50K. Major service time!

Did cam chain tensioners.

Pulled primary and inner primary to replace o-ring and check splines on transmission and arm.(was loose till I pulled old bolt and put in new one)

Serviced steering head bearings and swing arm bearings.

Serviced everything else that is on the list per shop manual.

Changed all fluids.

Replaced front tire and got to use my new HF wheel balancer.

Got in a 40 mile ride and all good.

 

Just stole a genuine Harley oil cooler kit for my bike off ebay! $199 shipped and its new in the box!

 

Today took my AN Big Sucker filter and dyed it black with Rit clothes dye. I read that the element was 100% cotton. So I cleaned it with k&n cleaner, it was almost white. The oil gives it that purple color. Haven't oiled it yet, but it will look better.

 

Ha. I'm just messing with ya. I have a good buddy that lives in Houston. He basically rides most of the year too. He's got a Triumph Street Triple. Nice bike.

Installed my new BAL-1 brake light. It's cool and bright but unfortunately my chrome cover on my old brake light doesn't fit the BAL-1.

Picked up my luggage rack today at the car dealership getting warranty work done but it will be on tonight will post pics later
