I stripped it for new paint. (paint booth on the left) And other stuff. Including new zippers chain conversion. (Zippers rocks, great cust svc)

The bike just turned over 50K. Major service time!

Did cam chain tensioners.

Pulled primary and inner primary to replace o-ring and check splines on transmission and arm.(was loose till I pulled old bolt and put in new one)

Serviced steering head bearings and swing arm bearings.

Serviced everything else that is on the list per shop manual.

Changed all fluids.

Replaced front tire and got to use my new HF wheel balancer.

Got in a 40 mile ride and all good.

filter color change

Today took my AN Big Sucker filter and dyed it black with Rit clothes dye. I read that the element was 100% cotton. So I cleaned it with k&n cleaner, it was almost white. The oil gives it that purple color. Haven't oiled it yet, but it will look better.

Installed my new BAL-1 brake light. It's cool and bright but unfortunately my chrome cover on my old brake light doesn't fit the BAL-1.
