Has anyone any experience with the Glide Pro Stabilizing system
Just picked up a 85 FXRP with some slop in swingarm bushings.
Been watching some of the Glide Pro videos, a bit pricey, but seem to take all the flaws out of the system, instead of having to resort to the True Track system.
Was just wondering if the clevite bushings should be changed as well, or do ya think the Glide Pro system would fix it, it seems like it would, as the outer bushing are steel and urethane.
I just want to fix it once, not just patch the problem Thanks!
I have the Glide Pro system on my '06 Ultra, I like it. I highly recomend the front motor mount. It is better than anything currently available. Several companies have replacements for the cleveblocks. TruTrac comes to mind. Maybe Custom Cycle Engineering also.
Well I spelled that wrong, True-Track Inc. The system they sell with the Glide Pro front motor mount look to me to be the way to go. By the way they are a sponsor here, maybe a little off the price?
