I've run both over the years and the TH seems to be better in the low end and Bassani in the upper end....the Bassani has way more clearance and the RR is what I'm running now for that reason
I love the sound of my thunderheader but it's really hard to talk anyone into spending that much money on that pipe. There's much better pipes out there for the same money, you just don't get the same sound. Ground clearance sucks, the coating sucks and a lot of people break the brackets or baffles out of the cone. Honestly if I were buying a pipe right now I'd probably be looking at Bassani or d&d
I run the new Dragula 2 from Dragos Bike Works. Beautiful looks and sound and I picked up a surprising amount of power. I don't think they have the Dragula for Dynas, but they definitely have their SCS 2 into 1 for dynas. That pipe is similar, but a little less $$. Don't go by the photos on the web site as that is showing dual pipes for the SCS for Dyna. It's not the right photo. Call the number and you'll get the owner Frank. He's great.
I'm currently torn between the D&D Fatcat and the Bassani Road Rage.
I have a friend who's a licensed AMA flat track racer and a professional SuperMoto racer, and he's a huge fan of the brand new Two Brothers Racing 2-1 for Harley. But, it's really loud.
I saw one of those Two bros pipes live and it was really loud, but also bad *** deep no nonsense SS pipe, If I had the dough to throw out i would order one of those up and not look back! **** apologies i meant RB racing!

I have a TH that I love, but if I were doing it again I would give a hard look at the D&D pipes, both the bobcat and fatcat are reported to be high quality pipes which are strong performers.
