They need to be drilled for the newer bearings and you'll have to make spacers.

Rear wheel off of an 04 is going to look awfully skinny under your fender IMO. That rear wheel is only a 16x3 opposed to the 17x4.5. Just something to think about. I have 08 mag's on my '14 FXDB since 08+ they switched to 25mm bearings/axles and they're the same wheel sizes. Bolts right up.
