Just got a Street Bob - '14. I don't intend on doing any real long trips but may do some overnighters. I have a swing arm bag which is tiny and I don't want to do saddlebags. I was thinking of putting the HD Rigid Solo rack on.
So does anyone have a favorite luggage piece that will strap to this rack securely without scratching up the fender and looking like it belongs there? I already have a bib on there.
Thanks in advance.
Iron Rider bags by Dowco. Have velcro straps to secure to sissy bar and other straps to connect each bag to one another or to bike. Have a built in metal frame to keep the bags from crushing. I love mine.
check the kuryaken custom roll bag for a solid small piece.
you can jam a good few things in and there's a d-rings so you can attach it to the rack or another bag... good stuff!
I really liked the look of the Kreiga bags. I didn't want to hassle with overseas shipping, etc. though it probably would have been painless. Ended up with this one discounted at Viking: http://www.vikingbags.com/cordura-ba...y-bar-bag.htm?

Thanks for choosing our company! feel free to call us if you ever run into any questions or concerns.
I have a Lazy Rider and couldn't be happier. It is reinforced so it never loses it's shape. It is also the most comfortable backrest you could ever ask for (a welcome necessity for long trips). They are easy to strap down and look decent on your bike.
