Ok guys I finally got the chance to pick up another dyna and add it to the bunch. I'm wanting to run lower fairings and speakers. Has anyone on here done this, and if so what kind of setups work?
because not many people go for lower fairings I suspect.as for sound it's a dyna, without full fairings it's hard to get good sound with that wind screaming past your skull. So lots of people forego music, I do, and I love my tunes! Even a more protective helmet and earbuds don't really work, I get a headache and my ears ring for hours after an all day ride.
Also it is the weekend and lots of guys are either off partying or gone on a weekend trip, so be patient they start responding more on weekdays!
I would like to see my bike with lowers alone and lowers with an FXRP type fairing but even lowers by themselves would be cool.
Shouldn't be hard at all to find examples on the internet. The issue of Hot Bike couple of months ago had a dyna set up with that but I don't think a stereo and speakers would do me any good unless I parked to listen to it.
So you can recognize it if you look for it this is the bike in this video.
Start another thread titled "Dyna Lower Fairings & Speakers". That will draw people who are interested and can provide help, plus the topic can be researched and found later. "Need Help" doesn't do the topic justice. .02 cents
Thanks guys. I've seen a couple with lowers on the Dyna Page on FB. Was just wondering if I could kill two birds with one stone and put some tunes on the Dyna.
I'll give it a shot and see how it goes.
And Iceman I already have a street glide, just trying to do something different with a super glide sport. lol
