Hello, again I apologize for any inconvenience. I am not sure what you mean by ignored. You sent a message on Sunday and again on Monday morning. You then called us before we got to respond to you. Since we spoke to you on the phone we didn't write you an email back. Then you sent a second email later Monday which we didn't get to until today. Again, we have not responded to that one, because we have been communicating on here.
I apologize we didn't email you back, and that it upset you. After we speak to someone on the phone, we generally do not reply to an earlier email regarding the same information.
Your parts are due for delivery tomorrow. We are saddened that it took 7 business days to get to you. That is longer than the usual time frame we like to see, but that is why we have the notice on that particular part on our website at the moment. Again, We will let our FedEx & UPS reps know their service has fallen short.
If you have any other concerns or questions, please let us know. You can call or email any time.
Thank you,

You will respond friendly like in public, but ignore me where nobody can see it.
Seems to me that with all the positive responses and the Vendor showing up to assist you might be a little out-gunned on this issue.
Yep....
and now it sounds like they DID get ahold of you, maybe not 3 times in 1 day like you want.
Like I said earlier if you did not pay for express shipping you can't really complain about non having express shipping.
You do need to understand English and what the word ESTIMATED means...as in estimated date of delivery.
So maybe quit whining.

I've been in sales almost 50 years now, and believe that you, as a customer, are being a little overly dramatic on this forum. I sell, among many other things, kitchen appliances, and the weather problems have kept many of those products on back order, too. So far, my customers have understood that the out of stock situation is out of my control, and have appreciated my honesty, most ordering now, and waiting for delivery when available in the next few weeks .
Perhaps you should have tried to understand directparts problems, too, and not taken it as a personal afront. Looks like they are taking special care of you and in today's business world, you should consider yourself LUCKY. Just sayin' tp dd50

This is all because he didn't get his parts within one WEEK? Overly dramatic I would say.

I know right?!?!?! I had quite a few parts delayed during these recent snow/ice storms. I sure didn't blow up on the forums about it. DirectCycleParts chimed in 3 times over this single order, they have just moved up a few notches in my book.
Bought my XL1200S Bassani RR 2-1 exhaust from them last year and I had excellent customer service. Yes my exhaust was back-ordered, but they kept me informed and worked direct w/Bassani to get me the black end-cap which normally isn't stock & at added cost. Sorry to hear you're having problems, but you know the saying..."one bad apple doesn't spoil the lot..." Give them a chance to work it out...IMO.
