So you having problems with them also? i ordered a set of bars paid for them and they never showed, tried all methods of contacting with no luck so i had to dispute the transaction. finally i get an email from them. i ordered the bars elsewhere and told them to just cancel the order. heres the guy i got the email from:
I actually met a couple of the guys at a San Diego FXR/Dyna show. They had an FXR part that I needed so I placed the order Monday and the part arrived by Thursday. So they did alright by me. Sorry to hear that's not always how it works out for others.

Thanks man. Jeff actually hit me up on Instagram after I asked for a number there. I ordered some replacement FXRP bags and they sent the wrong ones, among several other issues with them. I sent them back and got nothing on return. 3.5 months. I know Big Chris got locked up and I gave them the benefit of the doubt for having to work through all that. Hopefully Jeff will get it worked out. Thanks for all the replies.
Yeah the dude running the show got locked up. I don't want to be spreading rumors or running my mouth, but I get the vibe that people had to step up to clean up the mess and weren't prepared to run a business. There was a big push right at the beginning but it seems like it fizzled out.
Ordered a gauge bracket from them about a month ago.I still haven't received it.after numerous calls and emails, they emailed me and said it would be shipped by the end of the week.that was almost two weeks ago. It still hasn't been shipped. They aren't responding to any calls or emails. I will probably contact my credit card company and ask if they can somehow stop payment or get my money back. Somethings not right with them. I wouldn't ever consider doing any kind of business with them again.

Try emailing Jeff directly. He emailed me back a few days ago. He works for HD during the day and it was Arizona bike week last week so they were busy I'm sure. Hopefully they'll get it straightened out.
I would say be patient and give these guys the benefit of the doubt. Jeff is the best contact right now and I know he is slammed with orders and events. They are solid guys and by no means are out to rip anyone off. I'm sure there was a bit of a hiccup when Jeff had to jump in and fill the orders but I think they are back on track. Maybe contact him before placing an order so you have a good time frame. Like I said before though... This is a solid group of guys putting out some of the most solid product out there.
