Yeah- it's a tight squeeze man... I ended up taking most of what's in and around the seat out to get it in there... battery box, fuse box ... and it's all coming out next fall (it's wridin' season, not wrenchin' season) for some nice chrome bits...

Yup,one of those jobs that seems impossible when you do it the first time then when you've figured it all out and finished, you could do it again in no time.

Can you find it in the pic?

Good Luck

Tom

Yep, it's no fun. After wrestling, cramming, rearranging, and swearing, I finally ended up with mine in the same place as TOMMAY. I managed to get my coiled up USB cord in there too.

Did you place it under the ECM? I've got my usb cord ty-wrapped to the frame so I don't have to take the seat off at all.

nice... I live in California so major EPA restrictions. I will be installing the SE high air flow kit and rush slip-ons. The download from the stealer is not a true performance download because of the restrictions, but definately will run better than stock. I was thinking of getting the PCIII as well but I don't think there is a map available for the rush pipes and SE high flow kit.

no crap!! I wish I'da thought of that. IF I ever have to pull it out again, I'll put the USB cord on it, but until then...I AIN'T touchin it. I think I used every foul word in the book putting it in. Good thing its only a "30" minute job. Yeah right

My USB cordis curled up all nice in a drawer.I didn't want to take a chance ofcoroding the ports, so I left the covers/plugsinit. HOPEFULLY don't have to take it out for a while! But like glebo said.....til then I AIN'T touchin it! LOL!!
