So i got the exhaust on, started it and its throwing front 02 sensor low. I took it off tried tightening it, and it's still giving me the code. I can't get it any tighter, so I'm not really sure what's wrong. Any Ideas? Also my awesome wife help me with the take of and install.

This may sound dumb but you're sure you re-connected the sensor to the wiring harness?

I'm pretty sure I did. Do you Mean by the battery? I didn't actually unplug in any where other than exhaust.

just a thought ,at one time we were told not to use antiseize on o2 sensors due to the grounding through the pipes and the anti seize can insulate it and cause it not to read correctly, The only other thing I could think of is if somehow the sensor tip got contaminated with oil or if you used it, antiseize. also you could check for a loose connection or pinched wire on it.

Did you unscrew the O2 sensor from the pipe only or did you disconnect from it's plug connection on the other end of itself?

If you unscrewed it only from the pipe then there's a chance you may have strained the connections of the wires.

Don't be reefing on that sensor, I doubt it's lack of tightening why it is throwing a code.

If you got just about anything on that tip or near it it may be fouled.

Clear your codes through both the PV and your bike, try PV first if you haven't.

If all else fails, might as well take it back apart and put cams in it, get it over with

Good luck!
