The only people I know that actually saw the video are my fiance and the service manager at the Ranch. It's not like I think I deserve it for being ignorant, I just would rather not ask anyone to be involved. Particularly the manager guy. I mean I already realize I'm not going to get my $6281.29 back
if I can save someone from having to get screwed that way.. then I'm hoping to speak out. He was so cocky about trying to justify thr way he was riding my bike when I confronted him..I hate that he wins and gets my money regardless of his behavior

If you get a lawyer involved you may be able to get a subpoena to get the video from facebook. If you've given up on the money, you can let the lawyer take the whole settlement on contingency and you get the pleasure of seeing the guy go down.
Maybe you can tack on some sort of rental charge from promised date in the the middle of March through the July delivery.

Thank you, I appreciate the input... I'm still working on this mess and figuring out what to do. I definitely am not just going to give up. Dude needs ti be held accountable.
