What else do you drive?

Priest here to jack you up ... again! Didn't you do your research before buying the Solstice???
I fell in love with it at first sight... Put it this way: in 1974, when I was 16, I wanted a Triumph Spitfire. I got stuck with a clapped-out Olds wagon instead.
Fast forward 32 years: My youngest got her license last summer, which freed me up to get a two-seater. After three decades, I finally got my Spitfire! (only it's a Pontiac... how's that for irony?)
Bsides, the Solstice is the only small roadster I can fit in comfortably... I'm 6'4", 220 lbs.
Just busting your chops, dude .....
[Oh, my bad ... that was the Pontiac G6, not the Solstice.]
I was referring to the 'image' associated with the car ... reference an article dtd 22 Apr 07 ... "Gay ride? Automobile outing redefined" Check out gaywheels.com to see if your car made the list ....!

Good thing I'm secure in my manhood... or, as my wife says, maybe I'm just old and don't give a damn.
In the meantime, my wife had a mustang...six cylinder p.o.s. We traded that for a 2004 nissan 350z...and we still have this car. I've done quite a bit of work to it, and I really like it. Initially, there was a problem with all 350z's. They had a problem with the front tires, "feathering" or "cupping". And we had the problem. Nissan eventually released a fix, and paid the owners for their troubles. I had managed to avoid trouble before they released the recall...I had purchased different wheels and tires, and that fixed the problem...but prior to this, (and the recall)...nissan refused to pay for the repair work...so we had the better business bureau fight for our money, and we got it.
Despite the problem we had with nissan, we liked the Armada...my wife and I were actually able to agree on a bigger truck....so we bought it. Since we got it, 20,000 miles later, we have had 3 brake jobs done on this thing...and Nissan refuses to admit a problem with these vehicles.
Long story short...we really like the way the Nissans drive, look, perform, etc. And they have been pretty reliable. But there are inherent issues with both these cars that Nissan refuses to acknowledge. So after the experiences with these two cars, we're never buying Nissan again.
Funny thing is, all I ever heard was how great Jap cars are...and all I ever had was American. I think after these two, I'll be happy to be buying American again. Can anyone say 2009 Camaro SS!!! That will be my next!
