Default Ape hangers
There may be a thread already if so I apologize , also looking to do 12" apes I'm guessing cables have to be changed 07 FXDLI

Aren't the stock apes 10's?. I would think you'd get 2" without a problem. I put 16's on my 09 and it needed cables, but the wires all reached.

My stock bars aren't apes they kinda just have a pull back and the stock riser is about 6 with the pull back

My bad, man. You have a low rider and was thinking SB. I think you'd have to replace the cables, but I'm not 100% sure.

Find out what your bike has for stock length, then do the same routine for a stock Harley that came with bars like you want, see what the difference is and you will have your answer.
