During my morning commute at one point I noticed that with the clutch engaged and no throttle the rpms remained high and then the red electrical lamp on the speedo came on for 2-3 seconds and then it went out and rpms dropped down to normal. I checked the dtc and had these:
BCM B2272 high voltage
SPDO B2272 high voltage
ABS C0563 high voltage
Has anybody else ran into any similar problems? I searched and HD had a service bulletin out 2 years ago for a bad batch of voltage regulators on 2011 and 2012 bikes but that expired in June 2014. I'm just wondering if the voltage regulator is the fix. Any ideas or tips appreciated.
