Installing my new pegs and I notice that there is some little stop tabs that are preventing the peg from fully folding back. They stay where they are fine but just don't fold all the way back like they should. I can either reshape the peg to go around the tab or grind off the tab in the peg mount. What has anyone done? I usually ride with rear pegs up unless I have a passenger.
Are they in your way when folded up as far as they will go? If not, leave it be unless its a personal taste type thing. If the are, use a file and shave it down.
I talked to figure machine. They are going to machine some new swivels to the piece that I milled down. They didn't look right nor want to stay up without excessive force on the bolt to where I could hardly move them. These tabs either aren't that common or no one cares how their pegs sit?
did you spot the rear cylinder isn't letting the exhaust gasses out
You are Loopie. Look closer. Stare at it a while. Allow yourself to be consumed by it. The exhaust port has a grey spot right before the flame leaves the pipe on both cylinders.
