Default 92 FXDC

I have a 92 fxdc and 2 months a go I noticed I did not have my rear brake light working. I checked the bulb and it was ok so I replaced the pressure switch with an acel aftermkt. one. Now its not working again and front brake light works fine. Recon I got a bad pressure switch and should I get one from the dealer this time?? I have a fobia about getting rear ended dontya know.[X(]

I recently had some really funky electrical stuff happening. It was a corroded fuse. It seems that every time I wash my bike, water drains down over the fuses causing corrosion on the contacts. Pull your fuses and replace the ones with corroded contacts, then waterproof them with a plastic bag and tape if necessary before you put the cover back on.
