Default bolt size chart catolog?

I've done a search or 2 trying to locate a bolt chart size or some cataloging of sizes on our Dyna's. I come up empty handed. The Bolt Depot sells quality chrome hardware and I'd like to replace some of the crapped out stuff and add new

I dont have an easy way to do this, but what I do:

Get the HD part number either from the parts catalog or Ronnies HD website, then google the specs for that particular fastner. Im not aware of a single resource that gives TPI and diameter by OEM p/n.

If you have the parts book get the part number for the hardware you want. Then near the back of the parts book is a hardware list. Just look for the part number you have and hardware's specs follow.

Harley also sells a parts book for their bikes. If one is available for your bike you can check with your dealer. One might also be available from one of many other sources.

Just remember that its not just the size but the bolt strength that is important. Harley uses several different grades of bolt depending on the application. Chrome bolts may not have the same load rating.
