Just messing with ya ! I hope you enjoy your new scoot, and have fun modding it like you did your WG!! You do need to stop in from time to time to see how the other half lives.
I have a Heritage, but spend most of my time in the Dyna area. Your needs change. Good luck with the SG, I looked at those too before I got my Heritage. I realized what my needs were, and want a Dyna.
If that's the SG in your Avatar, that is a poppin' color. The dealership has a SB in that color over the mountain, I like it...
I would have loved to keep my wide glide and have the SGS but that wasn't going to happen. It wasn't a easy choice to do.When the took the keys and drove it away my gut sank. Hopefully the new owner will take good care of it
Congrats on the new ride. I started on a super glide, turned to a street glide then switched to a wide glide last month. I miss the old girl, she was comfy but too bulky and heavy around town and I don't tour as much as I used to. Felt the same way when I left her behind. 2 days later they updated their web page at the dealer and had stripped off and replaced all the stuff I had added on. My banana boards were replaced with stock running boards. The banana boards, chrome fork deflectors, custom detachable sissy bar I had made, etc.....all were put on the managers personal bike!
