Default check engine light

installed pipes and pc111 on 06 bob and installed map problem is after check engine light goes out after initially coming on it comes back on about 8 seconds laterand goes back out after about 30 seconds whether bike is running or not is this normal with pc111

One question, do you have the 8 degree injectors or the 25 degrees. Thats all that I can guess.

25 injectors but one screamin eagle said using the 9 volt will set the code thanks

I had the same issue when I first installed my PCIII. I was never too worried about it since the light always went out after about 10 seconds, so I never looked into it. After a while it just stopped. I did use a 9 volt battery to load the map, so you may be onto something there...
