Default Can someone please help

I was hoping someone might be able to help me.

I want to change out my triple tree to chrome. I would like to find out what is the stock rake for a 2010 FXDC.

Thank you in advance for the information

Thanks John for the total rake. When I go to various sites for chrome triple trees, they show 3 degree, 5 degree, and some are more. Is the a way to figure out what the stock triple tree is, 0, 3 or 5

Thanks

Gadd's,, I don't know. I'd call/e-mail the venders and ask.
I think what they mean is 0°/+3°/+5°,,,, over stock,, know what I mean?
It's free to ask a vender, no obligation to buy. Sorry I can't help more.

Theres the rake of the steering head and then theres the fork angle. Heres the spec for a 2010 fxdwg

Rake (steering head) 34°
Fork Angle 36°

The +2° difference is the offset in the trees

On a 2010 fxdc the rake and fork angle are the same (29°) +0

You could polish your oem trees

If you start messing with the rake on the bike be certain to learn the rake / trail calculations too. Too much fork rake without enough frame rake can give you a very ill handling motorcycle.
