Well satisfied with the output and think it was $54.99 very well spent. Seems to put out a much wider and brighter pattern than regular bulb so it lights up the sides of the road much better without losing any range.
It's also the first bulb than I can set low beam properly to ride at a decent speed and still use high beam like it's meant to be used. With regular bulbs, when I set low beam where I want it, high beam was always pointing way too high.
I think this OPT 7 is yards better than anything I've tried, including the High Output bulb HD used to sell, Spectras Xenon 65/75W 6000K, several Osrams, even a 100/90W I ran until it started clouding the reflector in my old bucket from overheating.
I can't speak for how well it will pattern with a clear lens but it rocks with my ribbed lens.
I do believe I'm going to pick me one up then. Thanks for the input.
