I normally hang out in the softail forum. I have a 2013 Harley Breakout and I am changing the fork tubes from stock to Wide Glide fork tubes to raise my bike so I don't scrape pegs and can corner better.
Would someone please provide me with the specs for the amount of fork oil the service manual recommends?

Seems like an awfully expensive lift just to stop scraping. Have you thought of a bit longer rear shocks? I'm pretty sure you aren't scraping in the front end. I put 1/2" longer progressives and fixed the scrape issue and the quality of ride--just sayin

It wasn't expensive at all. Just swapping tubes. I was changing fork sliders to chrome instead of black, adding Race Tech springs, and Ricor Intiminators so it was coming apart anyhow.
Yes it's the front that's scraping. The tubes are 2 1/2" shorter than Wide Glide tubes. It's a slammed bike in stock form.

His bike is a Softail which, I believe, only offers one option for a longer shock from Harley.

Check out these shocks from HD. It says they raise your ride height.
I usually have my SM at home with me but right now it`s at my storage unit. If you don`t get a reply today, I will PM you the specs tonight when I get home.
