Need help!! Running issue

2005 dyna low rider 88 with 95kit , thunder header , power commander, EFI.Just changed my IAC valve and all new oils. can any one give me some insight on why my bike sounds like this and also why my rpms are at zero? When I start the bike every thing is all good it has been happening when I go on a longer ride and the bike starts to get hot is when it starts acting up. The rpms drop but the bike is still idling fine not wanting to die out. The bike has a slight ticking noise but not all the time? Possible exhaust leak? Any help will do

you having any issues maintaining speed or with back firing?

Nope runs smooth on the freeway and around town the rpms drop when I pull the clutch in and come to a stop

So your actual rpm's aren't dropping out? Just what the gauge is showing?

Correct and I have heard that my gauge could just be going out I'm more concerned about the noise coming from the motor

Unplug the power commander and go back to stock connection. Does the tach indicate rpm's? Reinstall the power commander, does problem still exist? If the tach work stock then the PC has a problem getting the signal to the tach.
