I've already ridden with it at night and it works very well...

That light would get you a ticket here. Plus, it's probably blinding pretty much everyone you meet on the road.

I aim it down enough to cover that. And it certainly would get me a ticket if they wanted to give me one.

Haha, Thanks! And they're in reflective vinyl, so they light up pretty good at night when the light hits them.

LOL, I should have said that it works great at night, just not so great for other drivers. If I use mine at night around other traffic, I'll get almost constantly flashed by other drivers, and then none of us can see very well.

Perhaps yours has a tighter beam, more of a spotlight?
I purposely wanted more of a floodlamp, to light up more of the landscape at night (when there isn't other traffic around), and for better visibility from all angles during the day. My headlamp goes almost invisible in bright daylight when viewed from slightly off to one side.

That's what I did. Ran the wires up into the headlight bucket, and hooked them up there. The high-beam circuit seems to handle the extra 15-30 watts of the LED lightbars just fine. I've even got a 100 watt bulb (normal high-beam is 60) plus the lightbar on one of the bikes.
