PROJECT FXDL/RT ..... DONE!
It's been over a year of figuring out which way I wanted to go with this bike. I started out with a Tsport fairing and Leatherpros, which is a great set up but I absolutely love the RT fairing and bag set up!
Here's the details:
2007 Low Rider (Stock Color)
- Powder coated the top rocker box, transmission cover, starter, primary cover and cam cover all wrinkle black
-Powder coated the lowers, triple trees, battery cover, fender struts, hand guards, gravel guard, dash (left speedo and rpm trim chrome) and switchblade wheels are all 60% gloss
- West Coast Tbars - 14" Chrome Slingshots
- 2014 Low Rider Seat
- JD Customs RT Fairing
- JD Customs Lowers
- JD Customs RT Bags
- Fairing, lowers and bags painted by The Magik Shop in Visalia, CA
- JD Customs Hand Guards
- Custom Dynamics LED front turn signals (in fairing)
- Vrod Muscle Shocks (13")
- Stock Harley Levers - cut the end off, shaved and polished
- Stock Harley mirrors
- 574 ez start Crane rocket cams
- Arlen Ness Big Sucker
- Power Vision tuner
- Tuned by Chris Rivas Vtwin in Fresno, CA
- Sawicki Ceramic coated black 2:1 with polished heat shield and end cap
- Smoked Intgrated Brake Light / Turn Signals off ebay
- Hog Rida Lay Down License Plate
- Flush mounted chrome gas cap and fuel gauge
- Avon grips

Wow. Nicely done. It's always a pleasure to see something done that right and you nailed a retro conversion of a retro model. Pretty amazing. At least you got a good deal on the Daymaker I see Ha! I'm sure the other costs might make me fall off my chair so thanks for hiding those
