Looks like the same product used in the Ride On tire sealer/balancer. Be interesting to see this evaluated by Ride On.

CHP specifies or used to specify "ride flat" tires for their cop bikes. Stiff sidewalls allowed you to ride even with no air.

Same thing as the car tires that are "run flat". Short, stiff sidewalls.
