I just put a set of Viking Bags on the fat bob with their Removable Mounting System, Not sure what they call them, but they have worked great so far, No complaints on the bags or the mounting.
I got mine direct from jp cycle. Mine are also for sale. They are around 150 new iirc. Viking sells them I believe as well as great biker gear and many other vendors.
Easy Brackets. The Edge Brackets, used to be called Ghost Brackets are more of a universal fit product. Vikings quick release Brackets appear to be very similar to the Edge Brackets, if not the same item.
FYI, the Easy Brackets + the required docking hardware (you can buy the Harley branded hardware or save by going with Vtwin Mfg, etc ) will create a mounting surface for bags which sits just outside the shock bodies on most Dynas. So the "shock cutout" bags offered by Viking aren't really necessary or even desirable when using Easy Brackets
The Easy Brackets need a fairly wide mounting surface and the shock cutout can prevent you from mounting the bag where you want it. You may end up with the bag mounted higher up or tipped at a weird angle to provide enough surface to mount to the Easy Brackets. So you are much better off going with flat-backed bags.
My Easy Brackets are rattling louder than my exhaust. Great Bike Gear advised async mounting, with one side just slightly farther out than the other. FYI
