Just fitted some black v&h Short shorts to my 13 Street Bob and i seem to be left with Active Exhaust cable with no apparent place to to re install it.
The instructions that came with the exhaust made no mention of them, but it was in my service manual and i obviously couldn't take the stock exhaust off without disconnecting it.
Now I'm aware that this might be a Europe and possible a California problem only but now i seem to have a wire with no place to put it.
have attached a pic of the cable itself and the part on the stock exhaust to which it was fitted.
Took the bike out but only round the block (as its pissing down and blowing a gale, just for a change in Ireland) and it seems to be running grand.
Have K&N air filter to go on and a fuelpak in the post and would like to get this sorted before it arrives.
You just need to remove the motor from behind the right hand panel (two screws/bolts) and unplug the electrical connection (you can buy a plug to seal the end).
When the fuelpak comes just calibrate it to the parts you have and that should be that.

Cheers for that, didn't think I needed it but wanted to be sure.
