I just installed the side plates and the turn directional relocation kit. All was well until I decided to tighten one side and I snapped one long hollow bolt. Ooops!
It snapped right under the chrome lock nut flush inside the bullet housing. So the bullet is kind of dangling. I tried a little tape to slip the bullet over the stalk, but no dice.
Where can I get a replacement specialty bolt without buying a new kit? Or, can anyone recommend a fix?
Thanks !

Post a picture of the bolt. Is it a Harley relocation kit?
Hollow bolts are a lot weaker than solid bolts so be careful going forward. Go to a harley dealer and tell the parts department what you need. They will often have the individual components, especially bolts.
Thanks. Yes it was the one in the relocation kit. I found the part # 68664-06a. I just picked the new bolt up from the Stealer for $15.29.
Yeah. I'll be more careful this time. Thanks !!
