I guess I'm in the minority ... I like almost everything about it. With a Stage 1, fender swap, and two-up seat I'm sure I'd love one.
I've been batting around an FM 107 kit for my Super Glide or trading it in on a new LR or Fat Bob with the 103 HO motor cuz I love that motor in my '14 RK and think it would SCREAM on the lighter Low Rider. I just wish they made '16 LRs and FBs in Amber Whiskey. Maybe in '17 it'll show back up.
So, I'm definitely interested in one. By the time I'm ready to plunk down the cash late this year more user feedback will be in on the 110, the upgraded suspension, etc. on the S-model. Might be worth it. Might not. Time will tell. I have no doubt they'll sell, though.

This bike will eat up sales from every dyna line. The fatbob cost more than this fully loaded and doesn't have cruise control. The S has TBW since it has cruise control. You bet all of this will trickle down to the rest of they dyna line. I just hope there is no price increase.

I'm interested too...and want to do the same mods as you.
I talked to the sales manager from a Chicago dealership and he has spoken to people who have ridden it. They said the upgrade in suspension really makes a positive difference in handling. I plan to talk to my dealer this week.
I bet it does. Adding it to a regular LR would be $1k before labor. It also raises the seat a little over an inch. HD website has ground clearance listed as the same, but I think they just got it wrong as the seat ain't no thicker.
As I recall, it also comes with cruise, security, and ABS. The cruise isn't even available on the LRs, but adding the other 2 is around another grand. So that pretty much covers the cost difference. If one is willing to trade in color and chrome for a little extra power of the 110, I'd say it's about a wash price wise.
I just put a deposit on a lowrider S. Dealer says I should see it in March or April. I'm pretty stoked, been lusting after street bobs for a few years, and so glad I waited.
