Default Dual disk MC

Ok I'm getting ready for my dual disk conversion... I've got the new LR wheel and right leg getting powder coated and have the brake lines coming from magnum shielding. I have a 11/16" master cylinder off a 05 road king. I believe the 05 MC and the 14- later brake lines are both using 10mm banjo bolts. Is there any reason anyone can think of why I can't use this 05 touring MC?

Not sure what Dot # (4 vs 5) brake fluid you need on your callipers and what was used in the master cylinder. Flushing all components might prevent future problems?

Did the same as you are planning with no issues.

Master cylinder plunger diameter is determined largely by total caliper piston diameters. Assuming the RK you used for the donor MC has dual calipers of the same piston count and diameter as your bike, you will be fine. If not, you'll want to consider the implications. The biggest effect is pedal/lever force required to actuate the brakes.

Yep those numbers were what I got from the dealer. The new brake lines should come with new banjo washers. Thanks man
