check out moto illumination gen 2. They don't have that batwing shaped dead spot in the light pattern. They have a facebook page and you email and use paypal. They're $180 and come in black or chrome. Plug and play.
it is brighter than the daymistake and the 1st gen motoillumination.
I've been told I look like a 747 coning in for a landing:
- Daymaker headlight
- Cree LED replacement bulbs in the spots
- custom dynamics Ringz for running light/ turn signal combo
- HD LED fog lamps on the crash bar.
Hey guys, I got my light in the mail Saturday afternoon, It took me about 5 minutes to install it.
I took it out for a ride through the neighborhood and let me say that light lives up to its name DAYMAKER!!! It lit up the streets literally "Sidewalk to Sidewalk" I'm never going back to stock headlights.
Are the Ringz brighter then the Moonshines? Looking to go LED all the way around this year.

I was coming home from work the other night and a woman pulled right the hell out in front of me, and said she never saw me. So its time for new headlights for me and my well being.
Will this light give me a little more clarity and is it a even like for like swap? I don't have to mess around with any wires do I?
If so I am ordering this thing immediately.
A brighter headlight will help you stand out better, but unfortunately if that person in the car has there head down looking at a cell phone all the light in the world will not help.
I approach every car I see as if they can't see me.
