2003 Dyna Super Glide check engine light
Ok, so I replaced my speed sensor, have a new battery and everything reads 12 volts, and my check engine light comes on and the digital odometer disappears.
Does anyone have any other suggestions other than to buy a new speedo?? Why would the check engine light come on??

Have you tried cleaning the plug contacts on the Turn Signal Security Module that hides behind the electrical cover (rectangle cover ) on the left side just below the seat.

Right now, I am willing to try anything to get this working. I find it hard to believe the speedo is bad since the turn signals will not cancel out, the odometer reading disappears, and the speedo will not work. I am hoping it's just a cleaning issue.
