11 FXDWG wheels on an 07 FXDB?

11 FXDWG wheels on an 07 FXDB?
I've researched this till I'm blue in the face and something is just not clicking with me. So here's my question:
Will a 2011 FXDWG factory 21x2.15 wheel/tire fit on an 2007 FXDB factory mid-glide front end?
If it will, is it a direct swap?
If not, can it be done with any sort of available "swap kit" (spacers, shims, etc)?
I've reviewed several sites that seem to say that it can be done...then an equal number that seem to say it can't.

I bought a set of 2011 Wide Glide wheels to use on my '10 FXD. The rear is a direct swap. The front, well I did it but it's not a direct swap.
