New to HD Forum. Could use some info with cam upgrade for an 02 Dyna with 22K miles as to whether it is ok to use the stock push rods when going with a mild cam?

Welcome from Ohio. You need to post your question in the tech and mechanical section if you want an answer. More experts will be floating around there.

Yes you can, it's OK. But, there are easier ways to do it. You going to use new lifters?

Stock push rods are fine. Would make the job easier if you used asjustables. Change the bearings while you are in there too.

You can use the stock pushrods with an aftermarket cam as long as the base circle of the cams measure the same.
