Default Checking Fall Away

So I've developed a speed wobble at around 90-95 mph so I would like to check my fall away. (03 FXD by the way). I have a manual and it says to tighten or loosen the fork adjuster nut/bolt....and I have no idea where/what that is. And the microfiche I found doesnt label anything as an adjuster nut or bolt. Every video I've seen online has a steering stem nut with the adjuster nut underneath. However mine has a bolt instead of a nut and cannot find a similar adjuster nut anywhere.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

you can see on the right side (the wide glide side) there is an adjustment nut clearly labeled....nothing on the left

#13 in the left pic...if you have a stock '03 front end, which has 39mm tubes. The wide glide uses 41mm forks from the FLH's... Follow procedure in service manual carefully.

Indeed like sharkey said, #13 is your adjustment... the pinch bolt, #11, is what locks the adjustment in place.

I'm hearing some noise from my steering head and I think it needs to be tightened (14 Fat Bob), how tight do you go? do you take it to a certain torque or until you feel resistance when you move the bars?

You jack the bike up, put some masking tape on the front fender. Have a straight pointer facing the center of the fender. Gently tap the front tire until the front end "falls away" on its own. Mark the spot on the masking tape that the pointer was pointing at when the front end fell away. Do the same thing in the other direction. Those two marks should be a certain distance apart, which is adjusted by tightening/loosening your steering stem adjuster. The manual will tell you what that distance should be, I don't know it off the top of my head.

Please read the fall away procedure in the service manual; no one here has yet mentioned loosening the pinch bolts on the fork tubes; ie: you have not been told how to do it right...better to give no procedure than half a procedure

Where can I get my hands on the Service Manual? Is it downloadable from somewhere?
Edit: In trying to be fair to all the other responders, I didn't ask how to access the adjuster, only what to do when I get there.

Yes, I forgot loosening the pinch bolts. You also want to disconnect the clutch and throttle cables, so there's no outside influence on when the front end falls away.

Wardo, I would just go to the dealer and get a print manual. It'll run you about 60 bucks.
