Default White bikes matter FXDX build

Well my girlfriend is getting tired of me talking about the bike and I still have an abundance of pictures from my process, so i figured I'll rant on here.

Bought the bike apr 2014. 2002 fxdx 30k miles on it for dirty cheap. Fairly clean had a awful paint job and some shotty wiring. Pretty much stock with some tears and forward controls aswell as Andrews 37 cams supposedly but I don't know how much of a lie that was. Well know once the engine gets built in a couple months.

First round of mods came shortly after with some 10" tbars, mid controls, stripped the bags, and some powder with a conleys ness fairing that sucked, and some cheap craigslist pipes.

Got exactly a year of riding out of it before wiping out on some gravel and high siding smashing up the tank, broke the triple tree stops, and tweaked the bars.
Luckily I decided to wear my helmet thst night for the first time that year...

Now time for the rebuild. Due to school and work i had to slowly accumulate parts to get it ready over the winter.

Lots of powder later. Tins got back from paint I noticed some rust inside the tank and decided to use eastwoods tank kit... Pain in the *** but works amazing. DO THIS BEFORE PAINT. My impatient self did not and it was way more difficult trying to protect the paint from acid and acetone...

Tins on about ready to come off the dolley. Went with 12" wctbars, conleys fairing (regrettably) basanni exhaust and moto illuminations headlight. Brakes got s full refresh DO NOT cheap out on brake lines the eBay cheap ones I bought suck *** are a pain to bleed all the air out and leak. Magnum shielding ordered so I can trash these.

And the latest before I dropped her of for new tires more powder and removal of the rear lowering block. Should be back in a week finally "done" until I'm ready to tear into the motor

Nothing against sdc and the companies making tbar bags they are all very nice... But bags like this can be found at any military surplus store for cheap as hell and with molle you can attach a smaller bag easily and attach them to bars just as easy.

Nice. I like both versions, that black and red, and the white. I like your sense of style.
