Arlen Ness Reversed Air Filter Slot Track series and Point cover also from Arlen Ness Slot Track series as well as the Derby Cover. Today ordered the Roland Sands Enzo mono seat, think it's more in style then the Mustang seat. Will post new picture as soon as mounted.

Looks Great. Please tell me how you got the pinion seat bolt out being it is attached to that plastic frame under the fender.

Default Remove pinion Seat bolt

Hi Pkvir,

I held a soldering iron on the bolt, when it's hot gently push it downwards, the bolt melts the plastic and falls down... don't burn your tire. ;-) put a towel or something on it... but the bolt jumps so fast from the tire that is can't do any harm, but just in case...

Then you can push in the Harly plug to close the gap.

Succes.

Serge, one more question........If you wanted to switch back to 2-up, does the bolt still work as before?

Good question, i wondered myself also. If you put the bolt back in the plastic you have to use some construction adhesive. One night dry and then ready for use. In Europe we have Bison.
Because my wife hate bikes, i made it a solo bike. So i removed all the backrest stuff like footpegs, duo seat and sissy stuff. Benefit is... if i fall, i fall alone and not my kids or wife. ;-)

If the bolt slips back in the plastic, couldn't we just use a clip like all the other bikes do?
