Jamie, try Ginz choppers, be ready to pay out the butt for it. Also, try emailing Slims Fab Farm to see if they can make one up for you. He'll likely need your fender width, distance between your forward and rear mounting points. And a picture. I'd try emailing him first to see if its something he could or is willing to do. I don't know how much of a difference there are in those measurements from yours to late models. If its not much, one of his may actually fit yours.

As mentioned Ginz makes what you want. I have the Hellbent in the monolith height. They don't seem to offer that height anymore though. It was the highest they offered. It's expensive but the quality is there.
I combined mine with a pad I had made. Wife loves it.
