Anybody have any experience with Road 6 customs handlebars? I'm looking at the 8" narrow bottom apes, supposedly the dimensions are similar to my stock bars, which I like, the route 6 bars just look way better. When I blew up their picture to get an idea of at what height the actual grip placement would be I started noticing that maybe their measurements didn't really match.
It claims total height is 8", that the center is 9.5" and width is 30.5". Now I know that there are several different ways of measuring bars, but I can't figure out any way of getting 9.5" from the center, the height is only 8" if you measure from the top of the bottom tube to the bottom of the top tube. And for the width "tip to tip" i'm getting closer to 26 than 30.5.
Now it could be that the picture is different, or its getting skewed when I zoom in or something, but I'm just trying to figure out what the actual dimensions are. I don't feel like ordering them and then having to pay to send them back + a restocking fee.
Would anyone that has a set of bars from them be able to verify the dimensions given on the website are the same as the dimensions of the bars they actually recieved?

Reason: I realized i put route 6 instead of Road 6....woops
I put them on their Bars on my FatBob. I love them. If you have questions....Call or email them your questions and concerns. They helped me out with my custom setup.
Took the bike out for the first time with the 578's. I know that I drastically changed the way things are in control but I was curious if when you first took yours out you felt as if the throttle had become very touchy? I seem to suddenly be bliping the throttle and I have never done this on any bike I've every ridden.
There also seems to be a lot of play in the throttle. Side to side. I know you need some movement but how much is too much?
Ended up turning around on my planned ride as I wasn't able to get comfortable.
Customers have reported that the stock cables work on a 2016 but we have not had any verification for the 2017 models. I am no sure if there were any changes or not. I hope this helps. Thanks!
