Yeah good tire, they are quite a round tire and if you ride twisties a lot makes it easy,
My only issue is if you get tires shipped to you And change at home you will struggle to break bead with manual bead breakers, went thru 2 sets and had to cut them off

I used a C clamp to break my bead,,, worked really well!!

That indeed does work! The local metric dealer charges me such a small amount to mount my tires I don't bother wrestling with them any longer 
I take the wheel and new tire in and they change them out while I wait; the local HD dealer could learn a lot from the metric dealership.
Throwing this out there for the OP: if you do change over to Night Dragons don't run your tire pressures too low; with the more rounded profile of the Dragons you'll see scalloping/cupping of the front. Pressures at 38 - 39 in the front and 41 - 42 rear are a good starting point and you can tweak from there...
