BikerCams?
With all the craziness on the roads, thinking it may be good to have some possible evidence, if anything were to happen.

I run a SENA Prism, I went that way cause I already had a SENA 20S for intercom and bluetooth reasons.
if you plan to record at all times when riding be prepared to shell out for batteries and memory cards.
You can definitely catch some pretty crazy stuff on the road haha
I ride full time and in all weather, and where I park I'm not confident a mounted camera would be safe (I've already had small parts like mirrors, etc., walk away from the bike
), so for me I needed something water resistant, easy to mount/unmount, with really high fps capabilities, and with decent night vision. I also wanted a helmet mount because (a) if I ever *do* need the footage for evidence, I want to be able to show where I was looking at any given moment, and (b) sometimes the action isn't in the front of the bike.
I plan on buying two of them - one for the helmet and one on the bike facing backwards. The advantage of the Session is that the mount can stay on the bike, and it's easy enough to grab the camera when I park and throw it in my bag.
The main disadvantage is that without connecting it to the bike, I have to manually hit record. I'm ok with this because I can do it through my phone, which I usually have in my hand anyway to check traffic and hit play on my music.
What helped make my decision was a RevZilla video and reviews from this guy on YouTube who compares basically every action cam out there with each other:

the main reason most gopros get returned is the memory.. what most users don't realize is they require high speed memory which costs a bit more than the standard micro SD cards available on the market.. the slower memory will cause recording problems causing you to think the camera itself is bad..
I don't know about the cheaper go pro knock offs and if they have the memory issue also but have seen quality recordings from them
here is a 720P video I made on an overcast day back in March
