21x2.15(F) and 18x5.5(Rear). They are 60 spoke, was considering the 80's but changed my mind last minute. I'm pretty happy with end result.

60 spokes is the right choice in my opinion.

I am currently in the process of installing Fat Bob trees and a 21" front wheel off of a 2007 Wide Glide on my 2006 Street Bob. The progress can be seen in the last ten pages of the "What did you do to your Dyna today?" thread - if interested. I plan on lowering the front and rear with the Burley kit.
