Laydown License Plate Luggage Rack Options

Laydown License Plate Luggage Rack Options
Simply put, does anyone have or know of a 2 up luggage rack that will work without a sissy bar on an '06-'08 Street Bob rear fender and the Kuryakyn laydown license plate mount?
Longer Story:
I swapped my rear fender to that of an older dyna, PN: 59634-06. I installed the Kuryakyn laydown license plate frame. I've found 2 up luggage racks that work with the stock plate frame. But I really like the look of the laydown. Motherwell says they've got one that'll work. But the picture shows a stock plate mount. I shot them an email to see if it will work the the Kury mount. Does anyone know of other companies that have one? Or anyone with the same set up as me that has one that doesnt require a sissy bar?
