Hey guys, just got my Switchback a few months ago (apparently the last of them too), and was looking for a rear fender tip/trim piece to go on it. Saw some threads on here that are a few years old that say they don't exist, but has anything changed?
do you mean back of front fender or bottom of rear fender??
either way I believe Kuryakyn makes front fender trim I am unsure
of the rear fender..
long story short though I am running a softail deluxe front fender tip
and HD side spears on my bike and for the lower fender trim both front
and rear I was in auto parts store and happened upon this
if you go this route you will need a dab of black permatex on each end and
then tape or rubber band ( what I used ) it in place until it sets up or the ends
will lift

That looks great! That may be an option for me... Does it stay on well? And where can you buy it?
no problems since installation, got mine at advance auto
I'll give it a shot tonight. I'm just worried about the sun and exhaust heat peeling it off. The reason I'm putting it on is because there's the tiniest little nick in the paint that I tried touching up, but couldn't quit match. I figured It would be best to put something shiny over it and pretend it never happened. I just hope it doesn't come off too gaudy in person.

nothing but good comments on mine since doing it, it is a subtle touch BUT just enough
